About coaching
We believe that coaching is a transformative enabler of development and growth, providing a space to explore options in a supportive and psychologically safe environment. Coaches offer objective challenges to your assumptions and blind spots, fostering a growth mindset and propelling you towards self-mastery.You will learn through guided reflection and the reframing of perspectives, enabling you to derive deeper lessons from your own experiences. However, there may be other more suitable development solutions that we will explore, which include learning, referral to EAP, or a wellbeing-related discussion. Coaching is about enabling high performers to soar and unlocking potential, and does not replace regular high-quality feedback or performance management.
Our internal coaching programme helps you develop essential leadership skills, gain greater accountability to encourage long-term behavioural change. This tailored and impactful method enhances other leadership development initiatives, fostering a confidential and supportive environment for rapid growth.
Who can benefit from coaching?
Coaching is available to Directors and Partners.
Coaching will be considered if there is a clear development need, and after fully settling into your role
and upon agreement with Leadership Development.
What coaching is available?
Directors have the option to engage with coaching provided through our cadre of internal qualified executive coaches for a series of six sessions every 24 months.Partners, you will be asked to explore internal coaching first. On agreement with your Sector lead and Leadership Development, you may be matched with an external coach for a series of sessions, which will be part-funded by yourselves.
